Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Obsidian Games website, accounts, and any game we publish. By creating an account or playing one of our titles, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your login, and for anything done with it. Don't share or sell it. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over; where local law sets a higher age, that age applies.

Purchases and top‑ups

In‑game currency and items are a licence to use them inside the game — they are not property, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Top‑ups are final once delivered, except where refund law in your country says otherwise or a purchase failed to deliver.

Fair play

Cheats, third‑party clients, exploits, account selling, and real‑money trading are grounds for suspension or permanent ban, with no refund of unused balances. Enforcement follows our Community Guidelines.

Service changes

Live games change. We may add, alter, or retire features, and if a game must shut down we will give notice and stop selling currency ahead of that date.
