You can delete your Obsidian Games account and the data tied to it at any time.
01Email [email protected] from the address on your account, subject line “Account deletion”.
02We confirm it's you, then send a final confirmation before anything is removed.
03Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.
What deletion means
It is permanent. Progression, cosmetics, and any unspent in‑game currency are lost and cannot be restored or refunded. We keep only what we must for tax, fraud, and legal records — and ban records, so a ban can't be erased by deleting an account.
